Milk causes autism? Wow, I missed that one.

@AndreaS – you’re so right. You’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t. I’d much rather spend my time focusing on enjoying my kids and helping them navigate through life than battling these types of blatant misperceptions.

Are you kidding me? I can’t believe they’re going with this again. If we make a fuss, they get attention; if we ignore it, they spread misinformation. I’m so disgusted.

PETA wants attention, positive or negative, it is all the same to them. Being spoken about is what is key to them at the moment.

Regan has coined the perfect slogan – “Not a dime guys, not a dime”. Cut off funding and the billboards will disappear.

Oh, I get it.
Did they take the original down with the “Got Autism?” because they rethought the matter of capitalizing on public fear and hijacking autism (which is doubtful, because from what I know about PETA, getting attention is the name of the game), or did they get in trouble with California Milk Processors Board legal team?

The change of slogan suggests the latter.

I may be sympathetic to some of the issues that PETA espouses, but not that organization–uhn-uh. Not a dime guys, not a dime.
