One of the best things we did for AJ when Papa was working outside the house a lot was create a Piggy Bank for him. Everyday when Papa came home from work we made sure that he brought home money so that AJ would see that Papa made money for AJ to eat, have clothes, toys, etc.
Papa would then give the money to AJ to put inside the Piggy Bank and they would do this activity together EVERY DAY.This went on for quite a while and because a daily ritual even when Papa was working inside the house (as he does most days). AJ quickly learned that Papa did not stay home during the day like Mama did (or like he did when we were in Russia) and learned that Papa went to work to make money for the family. Mama’s job, then, was to take good care of AJ.I found you all a great Piggy Bank to use with your little ones. I think it is absolutely adorable and it will blend perfectly with any decor!
