A 6.300 square foot house in Tanglewood, TX, modeled after an Italian villa, was designed, built, decorated, shown and will be sold (for $2,999,000) to benefit research at Baylor College of Medicine. When all is said and done, more than $500,000 is likely to be raised. Wow. Anyway, if you’re in the Houston area … the house tour is going on right now.

  • Dates: Thursday – Sunday, April 3-6, 10-13, and 17-20.
  • Times: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturdays; and 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., Sundays.
  • Tickets: $15 per person.
  • No reservations required.
