In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving away a pink ribbon product every single day during the month of October.

It’s October 14th … day FOURTEEN of the Pink Ribbon Review Breast Cancer Awareness Month Giveaway.

Today’s giveaway is focused on writing instruments: I’ve got two little gift packs for two lucky winners!

First, each of the two winners will get two boxes of Dixon Ticonderoga’s Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Awareness Pencils. The pencils are pink and white, imprinted with breast cancer awareness logos. I have to say, they are so cute, I use them all the time. So do my kids. Love ‘em.

FYI, they’re made with premium wood and feature latex-free erasers for smudge-free correction.

Now, these pencils are typically sold in sets of one dozen at Staples (retail value approximately $3.99) and other national retailers; a portion of the proceeds will be donated to breast cancer research, of course.

In each gift pack I’m going to include one Zebra’s Clip-on Pink Ribbon Retractable 2-Color Pen.

This pen is totally cool. It features:

  • Both black & red ink
  • An auto-retract button
  • A soft rubber grip
  • A 0.7mm fine point
  • A pink ribbon clip to clip it to pockets, backpacks, notebooks, purses, etc.

The best thing about it, though, is that it’s made from recycled materials; 75% consumer waste.

Through October 2009, the company will donate 25 cents from the sale of each Clip-on Pink Ribbon Retractable2-Color Pen (retail value approximately $3.99) to City of Hope, a world-renowned medical research and treatment organization, for breast cancer research, treatment and education — up to $25,000.

To recap: Two winners will receive two dozen pencils and one great pen EACH.

Remember to follow the Pink Ribbon Review BCAM giveaway rules and leave an appropriate comment on this post before midnight EST to qualify to win.

Good luck!
