Thank you so much, Karen! I gladly accept this prize in honor of my Mother, Mildred Rose Lentfer. She was the bravest person I’ve ever known. She fought endlessly and quietly through her breast cancer, but sadly I lost her in May 2006. Yet, her memory is alive in each day I try to spread the word to help other’s fight this disease and to end this disease forever.
