Plus-Size Beginner’s Exercise Guide

I found a great resource for plus exercises this weekend! I didn’t get a chance to go to the gym this week because they don’t want me to do anything vigorous after my surgery, but I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow night. I may not be the biggest fan of the title, “You’re Never Too Fat to Exercise,” but it has some great tips to take in and use.

It’s all about the first step, and I like this article because it discusses some of my primary issues: going into the gym for the first time, and how to pick out your new workout gear. If you just page through it, you may find a tidbit of info that can get you on your way.

I have one other thing to share with you this weekend. I discovered a cool new plus-size news clip that discusses Rochelle Rice’s exercise programs for women of all sizes. It’s so motivating to see all of these women working out in Rice’s In Fitness and & In Heath Center in New York, and I’m definitely going to check out her book Real Fitness for Real Women.
