Positively Friday
Today is the last day of Spring Break and we are taking the kids to Busch Gardens to ride some rollercoasters, see the shows and have a day of family fun! Speaking of families and fun, what did you do this week with your kids that was fun?
Our Spring Break was last week and as for fun, everyone was sick and two had ear infections. So we camped out in the living room on a sea of blankets and pillows playing Scene It and watching tv all day. Ikkk. I’m so glad they are better.
Your weekend sounds like it’ll be a lot more fun.
I drove 4 1/2 hours with 2 little kids to see my parents. Eeek! I must need medication. My hubby couldn’t go, so it was just me and a 2 & 4 year old.
We had a good time though. We visited family and went to see a friend. On the way back, we stopped to see my brother and SIL.
We rode coasters too – at Universal and Sea World. We also spent a night at Nickelodeon hotel for her 12th birthday. This week is actually Spring Break though, and she’s sleeping until 1 every day (actually, today I called her at 3 and woke her up! What?) and then sitting around in her PJs all day until I come home from work. Wish I could do that.
