Post Gustav Part 3 – Getting back on track

The crazy thing is, I assumed since I was out of my routine and eating fast food quite a bit, that I would have gained two or three pounds. But not so. What’s bad is I’ve been eating more–and more of the wrong things–since I’ve been back home. The busyness of trying to get life back on track has caused me to make poor choices. So it’s back to the drawing board for me, which means:

  • keeping my food journal every day
  • drinking more water
  • eating more veggies
  • cutting out the junk food
