Many times I come across a good article or post that is really not worth me trying to explain to you. Instead, it’s better that I point you to the original piece so you can really get what the writer wants you to see.
I’ve introduced you to Disaboom.com before. There is a lot of great information there. Today, there is a post on managing your chronic pain by Dr. Anthony Guarino. I suggest you have look at it if you are living with chronic pain.

It’s nice to see someone finally connecting “stress and pain” together. I can definitely tell when I’m more stressed out by how my pain level is – most people I’ve talked with have told me that it’s in my head. I think their head is shy a few cells.
That was a great article, Marijke. I agree that pain can at times be mind over matter and a lot of it is the way you approach your situation and overall health. I try to remain positive about my health despite my chronic pain, because really, it could be much worse.
