Congratulations to Katherine Stone and her wonderful blog, Postpartum Progress. Postpartum Progress as been named as one of the top 10 mental health blogs, as determined by blogs.com, the best in blogs.
Katherine is one busy woman. She is a vocal advocate for women who live with postpartum mood disorders and she was named one of WebMD’s 2008 Health Heroes for her work. Her "About" section on her blog exhausts me!
If you haven’t looked at her blog yet, I strongly encourage you to. Postpartum mental health is an issue that still needs a lot of help and if I can help just a bit by sending you over there, I like to think I may make a difference in someone’s life.
