Pregnant with thyroid cancer

I have written about cancer in pregnancy, but it’s been about breast cancer (Guidelines for breast cancer treatment during pregnancy and Pregnant and receiving chemotherapy), but pregnant women can be affected by other cancers as well.
The article Birth Story: With Child, and with Cancer tells of a woman, Angie Nordstrum, who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer just before she discovered she was pregnant. It’s an interesting article and one that may give hope to people who are struggling with similar circumstances.
