The coming of spring brings out many athletes – weekend, summer-only, serious, and occasional athletes. Some love to cycle, others to play tennis or golf, among many other sports.![]()
If you’re a golfer, you know that it’s easy to hurt yourself if you don’t manage your swing properly. And, even if you do manage it properly, you can still get hurt from over use or over powering. Look at Tiger Woods; he had to have arthroscopic surgery on his knee last month.
