The Product
Johnson & Johnson’s New Reach Ultraclean Soft, Full Head Toothbrush & Mint-Flavored Dental Floss
The Claim to Fame
The toothbrush features an ergonomic rubber grip specially designed for better comfort and control during brushing, an angled neck, longer outer bristles that gently clean along the gumline, flexible inner bristles to thoroughly clean between teeth, and a cleaning tip that reaches behind back teeth to remove plaque.
The flat floss features "micro-grooves" that flex to the contours of your teeth for superior plaque removal (up to 2x more plaque than Procter & Gamble Glide floss) with an "easy sliding" action and shred resistance.

Kristen’s Opinion
I love me a good solid toothbrush, and this was one of the best non-electric toothbrushes I’ve ever used. I hate those dinky little heads and loosey-goosey bristles that make me feel like I’m wasting my time. I really liked the rubber grip on this brush’s handle, and I thought the brush itself did an amazing job. My mouth was tingling for hours after I used this, and in a very, very good way. (For full disclosure, I used my standard toothpaste and brushed for the same amount of time I usually do, so the brush was the only difference.) I also really liked the floss even though I’m an unrepentant seldom-flosser. Usually I give up fast because (a) the floss hurts my fingers and (b) I feel like I can never get it between my teeth. I didn’t have either problem with the Ultraclean floss, and I swear my smile practically glittered like in a cartoon when I was done.
Who Will Love It
If you want to feel like your mouth is just plain clean after brushing, you’ll like the Reach Ultraclean Toothbrush. If you like the concept of flossing but find yourself frustrated by standard flosses that shred easily and are hard to control, the Ultraclean floss will be a breath of fresh air. No pun intended, of course.

On the internet,I see many patents, but find no actual merchandise for a toothbrush/toothbrush handle w/built-in floss dispenser. Why is that?
