MSNBC’s “Does It Work?” feature recently took a look at the As Seen on TV product Push Up Pro.
If you’re thinking of purchasing this product ($19.95 plus shipping and handling), best to read the review first.
Personally, I hate push-ups, so I have zero interest in this bad boy. But for those interested in an effective upper-body workout, they may be just the ticket.
What do you think? Would you use the Push Up Pro? Leave a comment.

Actually I think I heard that by using equipment like this instead of your traditional/old fashion way of doing push-ups can bring more harm or injury to your wrist and arms because it is not “natural” to put your body through this type of “twisting” motion.
I got one of these for x-mas and i would say it is deffinetly more effective then the normal push up due to a wider range of motion, you dip lower since you are raise off the ground.
You can feel the results by doing this: Once u buy the Push up Pro, do as many push ups as you can without using the device, then start working out with the push up Pro. After only 2 weeks, put the device aside for a second and do as many regular push ups as you can. I guarantee the amount of push ups you can do now is a lot higher then the number you could do before. I also got this for Christmas i could originally do 10 push ups, but now i can do 50. Plus i have decent muscle definition now
