The milk is up to "Swiss standards," at least according to Jan, and everything we tried was so good! They're also as responsible as they claim-I actually emailed them once to ask a few questions about their animal husbandry and. . .they actually answered. . .and invited us to tour their farm. We use to get Straus cream, milk and ice cream all the time-and converted a few of our friends to it as well.
