If I do that with green curry paste I will have the most happiest hubby in the world (he’d eat anything if it was in green curry, well anything vegan )

I thought I had tried just about everything mixed into hummus but, although I have a jar of red curry paste in my fridge, this never occured to me! I’m going to try it next time. Great idea.
