		<description>I absolutely agree that quilting is good for your mental health.  It&#039;s also good for you physically - I read somewhere that your blood pressure drops when you&#039;re quilting.
I find myself looking forward to quilting when things are stressful at work (or home!).  It gives me a place to hide and work.  The time passes so fast when I&#039;m quilting - I guess that&#039;s why they call it a &quot;passtime.&quot;</description>
