There is a waffle maker which I would like to own someday even though I rarely make waffles, heh. However, I make a lot of quesadillas. I make it with plain cheese, sliced tomatoes and scallions, or just with cheese, or with leftover cooked meat from the dinner the night before. I usually just use my electric griddle which I use to make my pancakes as well. I saw this Quintessential Quesadilla Maker and I though, hmmm, that sounds really good.

With the electric griddle, I have to flip the quesadilla to cook the other side. Not with this quesadilla maker. The top and bottom tortillas as well as the fillings are all cooked at the same time. The cooking time is consolidated to 4-5 minutes. The faster the quesadillas are served, the happier the people are in the family. One more thing is that the top portion stamps the shape so you’ll perfectly nice triangle shapes of quesadillas to serve. You can purchase this quesadilla maker at Kotula’s for $29.99.
