Breaking the smoking habit is rarely easy – even if you’re pregnant. While some women are able to quit easily once they find out they’re expecting, others have a very tough time.
As with all people who want to quit, a plan is often the best way to go about it.
- You need to be ready.
- You need support.
- You need to be able to replace the action of smoking with something else.
- You need to be prepared for slips and be able to forgive yourself.
Here is a good plan for you to follow if you are ready: Help for Pregnant Smokers.
