If sunshine can help relieve some of the weight of depression or feeling not right, can it help relieve chronic pain – even if just a bit?

    For me, sunlight is a double-edged sword. A beautiful sunny day will absolutely improve my mood and help with my mild depression, but sunlight is one of my big migraine triggers. So while mentally I feel better and sometimes my pain even feels better at first, if I’m outside too long (even with good sunglasses), my head feels worse.
