		<description>Just made this for dinner. The best chinese style dish I&#039;ve made yet (Ive been working on it). And very pretty as well. I added baby bok choy which worked well as it was essentially braised. Also, I left the skin and bone in, and I think that was part of the success. Thanks!</description>
