I often tell my readers/friends/coworkers/family…well…anyone who will listen…of the value of keeping a journal. oh, not just for the act of writing, but for the wealth of information you can find when you re-read your journal. Read with highlighters in several different colors and categorize your finds, if you like. What a powerful exercise in self-knowledge!
