I just had to share the fantastic entry on the Cre8it Art Blog by Jessica Wesolek. Jessica goes into the silly reasons we make for not keeping an art journal. It’s really quite inspiring. I think art journals are a lot of fun with the kids. They can be work though and sometimes it is difficult to carry through with commitment. So many ways to do it though and let those creative juices flow!

I’ve seen a few from friends kids. I didn’t really even think much about them but now I’m a bit more interested.
Your kids will thank you for journaling. I love my mom’s old scrapbooks. Leave something like that for your kids.
