Come January Blockbuster and Proctor & Gamble (P&G) are going to team up with Redbox and do rentals. P&G is going to offer 5 FREE rentals. I’m not sure when this will go on, it may be starting now actually. When you buy $20 in P&G items you can get 5 free movies. You’ll be given coupon codes to enter to use on the Redbox machine.
Blockbuster will begin in January with the DVD machines and they will do it for .99. Will they use Redbox or something else? I’m not entirely sure, I sure hope so though. As of right now I’m sticking with Redbox, they are my favorite and cheapest. Just think where else will you get FREE rentals of NEW releases?

Yes, it gives you a free rental. Now it will take $1 out of your acct as a precaution but it gives it right back after you return it. I think it is their way of making sure you don’t take off with it. I use this every monday and then have used a few of the other codes.
