In looking over your blog posts, I was particularly interested in your description of the double bind you find yourself in with your mother-in-law. Ironically that's a subject that is rarely addressed in the Sandwich Generation 'literature' yet one that is extremely complicated and challenging. If you're interested, I could forward you an article that you or your husband could encourage his mother to read!
