Circular Solar Powered with Rotating Action!

Not only is it difficult to design a 200 circular unit condo, but how about if you want the WHOLE building to rotate 360 degrees. How can the do that? It’s all about ball-bearings these days…(Fletch reference but the truth) Oh yeah, the rotation of the condo, solar powered. Well it’s in Dubai, so plenty of sun.

I saw this project first in Wired Magazine, and then Treehugger reminded me about it. The building is a gadget and somewhat green…cool!
