Resveratrol Induces Pancreatic Cell Death

Yet another study showing the cancer fighting power of resveratrol, an antioxidant found in grape skin and red wine, has been published in the published in the March edition of the Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology.

According to the in vitro study, resveratrol triggered the death of cancer cells by acting on the cell membranes and mitochondria.

Laboratory experiments showed that resveratrol:

  • Reduced the function of proteins in the pancreatic cancer cell membranes that are responsible for pumping chemotherapy out of the cell, making the cells chemo-sensitive.
  • Triggered the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are substances circulating in the human body that have been implicated in a number of diseases: when ROS is increased, cells burn out and die.
  • Caused apoptosis, which is likely the result of increased ROS.
  • Depolarized the mitochondrial membranes, which indicates a decrease in the cell’s potential to function. Radiation alone does not injure the mitochondrial membrane as much.

I found out about my pancreatic cancer over 2 years ago. I started out by takein 4 Kilo of red grapes. that worked but the side effect interupted my life a lot. Now I get the same results from 2000 mgs a day. I have very little side effects as long as I stay away from high acid foods. If I hay any pain which is very seldum, I take Aloe Vera, and increase my resveratrol dosage. the next day, I’m fine. usually, it’s eating the wrong foods that causes symptons to increase. After getting up to my normal weight, I’m ready to reduce my daily food intake, and increase my resveratrol dosage. My body usually tells me the correct dosage. I now have a 99% normal healthy life, with my goal being to completly cure the cancer.

Alkoline foods, Aloe Vera for inflamation controle, and Resveratrol has extended my life, and now with the information I have gatherend. I now feel completly in controled of my future.

“Resveratrol Induces Pancreatic Cell Death” This title is very wrong! You need the word “Cancer” after Pancreatic, otherwise you are saying Resveratrol kills normal Pancreatic cells. Simple word, important difference.
