I am a 68 year old male. I was seriously considering an Adult Stem Cell procedure outside the USA in hopes of turning my kidney and pancreas problems around. I saw a special on 60 minuters about Resvertrol helping mice with diabetes. In March 2009 my A1C was 9.8% and fasting blood sugar was 229. My kidney functions of the GFR were 50 and the Creatinine was 1.5. I started taking Resveratrol. In the morning I take 750mg of clincial grade Resveratrol and around 6:00PM I take 500mg and before bed I take 250mg. In late June 2009 my A1c had dropped to 8.8%, fasting blood sugar was down to 154 and the other functions were coming down as well. On July 29 the VA took another blood test and my A1C in one month had dropped to 7.8%, fasting blood sugar was 140, GFR was 59 and Creatinine was 1.1. I also lost 13 pounds in the three months of taking the Resveratrol. It is the only thing I did different except as I saw the very good results I started watching my food selections more carefully. I feel the Resveratrol has turned my diabetic life completely around.

I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. It interests me to include it in my array of supports but I have no idea which company's resveratrol is a quality type, what difference it might make, and whether I can even afford the type of resveratrol that would significantly assist me; I am not going to be getting very expensive items; I do not have the resources for this. I would be interested in what to look for and what type of resveratrol is most likely to help and its relative affordability. If someone has such information, I would appreciate learning it. Thank you!

I am a type 2 diabetic and have just started using an exciting new resveratrol product. I have been using it for over one month. I would be interested in knowing what others are experiencing.

Thank you for posting this. My husband was diagnosed three years ago with type 2 diabetes. I suspect he developed it several years before that ... he has diabetic neuropathy of the feet & it is now starting to affect his fingertips. We bought some resveratrol at Wal-Mart today & are going to try it.
