So many of you were inspired by Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts’ journey through breast cancer and losing her hair from the chemotherapy, I just thought I’d mention that she has had her final day of chemo and it seems like she is doing well.
I was particularly touched by the picture of Diane Sawyer joining Robin Roberts for her last day of chemo.

I’m glad she has finished that part of her treatment. I KNOW how good that feels. I think she still has radiation to face. I really wish her the best of luck with that treatment. It’s really no fun.
I think Robin Roberts has shown amazing grace and courage through her bout with breast cancer. The day she took off her wig was phenomenal – what courage! And she is such a beautiful woman – inside and out, with or without the wig!! Best of luck to her for a full recovery!!
Iam going through chemo for breast cancer right now, I just want Robin to know that I turn on the TV each morning just to see how beautiful she is !!! I am 49 yrs old, went to 4 doctors apointments with 2 docotrs and told “It was nothing to worry about” “I was jumping the gun” I INSISTED on a mamogram and in Feb. 08 I was given diagnosis of cancer. I want to tell everyone of the importance of self exams, mamograms, for early detection is so important. I also want to spread the importance of women to “FOLLOW THEIR GUT”. I shaved my head before the cancer could take it from me, donating 22″ to help others. This was the only thing I had control of and was not going to let the cancer take this from me. I LOVE my shaved head. It is a visable sign of my strength, courage and hope !!!
