Have you seen the show Ruby? It’s about a woman who was once 700 pounds, and who is now half that size. She is publicly sharing her battle with weight. I normally hate shows like this, but there is something about Ruby Gettinger that is very sweet and charming. She draws you in, you know? Her show airs Sunday nights at 8pm on Style. She was on the Fox & Friends show talking about her show and how she got to be 700 pounds in the first place. I’m happy to see someone like Ruby talking about her struggle, because too often when people become obese they just seem to give up. Society puts pressure on them, and many of them don’t even want to leave their house.
Ruby wasn’t like that. She kept living her life (even at 700 pounds) and is now publicly letting people see her struggles. Here’s a clip of Ruby’s struggle with weight loss.

I want to tell Ruby that you were right on by firing your personal trainers they were not listening to you and there are other less severe exercises to do to get you under 350 lbs they are not listening or trying to get you to your goal.. they are dictating to you what they want not what you need, First they needed to get you off those treadmills they are bad for your knees with the weight your carring you need a new eating plan and you also need to use the recumbent bike instead of the treadmill. I hope you fnd a better personal trainer who will do research if necessary to get you teh desired results you will be under 350 I am sure I am keeping you in my prayers too. I will be watching you on your journey. and BTW I am so sorry for your recent loss of your Father I know how I felt when I lost my Mom three years ago it has a way of changing you. Let that loss be a positive not a negative and now you can work to lose that weight for your health and in honor of your father! Take care and Happy Journey. keep up the great work!
