Russian Blue Captivates House Fans

Well, it captivated me! If you’re a cat lover, and especially if you’re a Russian blue fan, you must watch the “Here Kitty” episode of House that aired on March 16. If you missed it, catch it at Hulu.com.
The wise cat didn’t just make a few token appearances. He (or she?) was a major star of the episode, but I won’t give away too much of the plot in case you need to do some catching up.
Most of us have figured out that Hugh Laurie, star of House, is actually a nice person in real life. What intrigued me was seeing his grouchy character contrasted with a mostly sweet feline. The character House took on the job of solving the cat’s medical mystery quite nicely – at the last moment, of course.
As a cat lover, I just have to say “good job” to the writers and everyone else involved with that episode. It’s refreshing to see cats put to work like that!
