Safer toys

I’ve touched on this topic a few times but it’s worth bringing up again. With all the constant recalls, what with choking hazards and lead paint and, uh, date rape drugs in our kids’ toys, it’s scary to figure out what to buy.

I admit it – we still buy plastic toys and some of them are indeed made in China but I’m a lot more careful to research now, checking for recalls on the specific brand and toys that I’m getting.
