Sand Cure for Cellulite

I was sitting on the beach today and was totally coated in sand. But then something came to mind– I’ve read a lot in the past about sand scrubs and the like for cellulite treatments.
Hefty research will follow tomorrow, and I would love it if anyone can point me in the right direction for some strange sand-based cellulite scrubs with research to back up the findings.
So curious.
