Saturday Weight Loss Link Love

link love It’s been a while since we’ve had one of these, so I thought I’d do a link love shout out today. This one’s going to be a little different from my usual link love. Enjoy!

Do you eat together as a family? I heard you had smoked salmon spread and coleslaw. I’ll bet it was yummy!

I’ve heard that desperation leads to crazy dieting but moderation in weight loss is key. Is the Mediterranean Diet worth taking a second look at? I’m not sure. I’ll be sticking with Weight Watchers because it’s been the best diet for me.

By the way, with summer in full motion, have you been dipping in the sweets a little too regularly? Don’t fool yourself: Sweets are sweets. One leads to another, that leads to another…. You get the idea.

If you’re filled with diet delusions then let me be perfectly frank and tell you that diet pills are not the answer. Staying motivated when you find yourself hitting the brick wall is essential to your weight loss progress.

Finally, find your purpose, set goals for the week, and remember that food diaries help you lose weight.
