We are fond of Kielbasa sausages. Sometimes I’d slice it in quarter chunks then steam it with water. Then we’ll just dip in mustard for lunch. Sometimes I’ll saute it with peppers & onions then pair it with buttered french bread for dinner. It’s quick and easy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of kielbasa sausages
1 large green pepper
1 large onion
salt & pepper
olive oil for sauteing

Sliced the sausages in diagonals. Slice the green pepper in strips and slice the onions too. Saute the onions. Once translucent add sliced kielbasa. Cook for a bit then add the the sliced green peppers. Try not to cook too long to maintain the pepper’s crunch. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

I served it with the 1/2 leftover french bread. I just warmed it up in the oven for about 8 minutes, 325°.
