Thanks for the post. Given that I am a food writer I am humiliated to admit that I draw a blank whenever I try to think of ways to make my daughter’s lunch more exciting and varied. Keep the ideas coming. I have at least 10 more years of lunches to pack!

THANK YOU for that link. I’m so unimaginative when it comes to school lunches. My kids are very forgiving but I’d love to surprise them now and then. Those sandwich puzzles are ingenious!
