Scrapbooking Idea: Capturing your child’s school days

I got this idea from Angie Pedersen’s blog that she lifted from Meg Cox’s newsletter on capturing memories of your child’s school days.

The best way to do this is ask your child’s teacher write a letter describing the kids’ activities and accomplishments that year. Always ask near the end of the year, but not at the last minute.

Isn’t this a great idea? Won’t it be great to be able to scrapbook these letters along with your child’s school photos and present it to him/her on his/her high school graduation?

What a wonderful way to look back at your child’s school memories!

My daughter is 9 and she’s been in school for 5 years now. It is not too late to start soliciting these secret letters from her teachers!
