Wouldn't work for my family OR my budget, but WOW - I love the clean lines through the house. Of course, with four kids ages 5 and under, I'd move in and it would look like Toys R Us exploded in there...and I didn't even think about the stair wall...yep, never clean. Ever. ;) I have to say I was a little surprised at the asking price. I guess I was expecting more given the area and the view (even if it is running about 4x what a house in my area runs) .
