Make Art Monday!
I’m already nostalgic for the colorful autumn that we had in New England. The color is almost gone now. It was so dry this summer that the reds were just not as brilliant as usual…but I still love autumn so much!

Sooo pretty! The sheet music is perfect.
The leaves are fabric?
Yes, they are! Isn’t that fabric wicked cool? I’m so sad that I’m starting to run out of it…
Beautiful! It takes my breath away, Cyndi. Yes, I’m sorry to see the colorful leaves go. We had an exceptionally lovely and long foliage season in my part of New Hampshire.
Thank you so much Mary Emma! We’ve still got plenty of trees here in MA that haven’t even turned yet…but the ones that have are completely finished. Weird!
This is a beautiful ode to autumn! I love autumn colors, even in spring! haha
BTW, thanks for visiting nextninemonths.com. And congratulations on your daughter. Will you be making pieces for her or your grandchild?
Hi Ruth! It’s my DIL rather than my DD who is pregnant, but I’m sure I’ll be making something for the baby during the long winter and spring while we’re waiting for him or her
What a lovely piece!! Does remind one of autumn!
Thank you Beth! I can see that both of us have our minds firmly set on autumn colors
This is SO beautiful! Autumn is my favorite season. How large a piece is this? Just curious.
Thank you Karen
It’s not a real big piece…it’s just about 10 x 8 inches.
