We have many contests and happenings going on among the science and health channel and I wanted to let you know all about them. So here you go…

Alicia at Mental Health Notes has a great series going on, This is why I rock!… In this series, I want to showcase the artists, the photographers, the writers, the business owners, the homemakers, the entrepreneurs, the athletes – EVERYONE who is making it happen and managing mental illness.

Jul at Veggie Chic has a contest running and the winner will receive a great book… Gorgeously Green: 8 Simple Steps to an Earth-Friendly Life – just leave a comment on how you have made your eating habits more environmentally friendly.

Grace at Kids Health Notes has a book giveaway as well, Michael Recycle… just go over and answer this simple question, “WHAT CAN CHILDREN DO TO REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE?” You can ask the kids themselves or share tips and activities you do with your children.

And to win an ergonomic mouse pad visit Marijke at Help My Hurt (this contest does not go live till this Sunday, April 13th) and… To enter the contest, all you need to do is post your story of an RSI or a tip on how to prevent an RSI. It could be sometime simple like you put a thick book under your feet to use as a foot rest or something more complicated like you had carpal tunnel syndrome and you had surgery.
