Sextuplets for a woman in Germany

After undergoing several unsuccessful fertility treatments, a woman in Germany gave birth to 4 boys and 2 girls. She was 27 weeks pregnant when the babies were delivered.
While the babies were early and are tiny, each weighing around 2 pounds, news reports say that the hospital where they were born has a 90% success rate with such tiny patients. Sadly, this is unlike what it was for the woman in Iraqi who had sextuplets this past August. Two of her babies died because of lack of adequate medical equipment (Egyptian woman has septuplets; Iraqi woman has sextuplets).
