Sleep Disorders Other Than CFS

There are so many different types of sleep disorders besides chronic fatigue syndrome……tonight I discovered a few that I hadn’t heard of before. Let me know if any of you suffer from the ones discussed in this video. The video shows 3 different case studies from The Groat Center for Sleep Disorders.
Nope, none of the ones they mentioned, but I do have restless legs (a recognised sleep disorder), which basically means that whenever I am about to fall asleep I get the irresistible urge to move my legs, which wakes me up. *sigh*
I have heard restless leg syndrome can be a drag.
I hope at least you got a bit of a laugh from the video.
I loved the ballet moves of Dr. Groat Jr – I giggled every time I saw him move.
