Fabio Cannavaro, superstar Italian football (soccer) player who led his country’s team to a FIFA World Cup win and currently with Real Madrid, says:
I know my heart is the strongest, most important muscle in my body and a winning performance depends on its vitality. Having a healthy diet and taking regular exercise will help to keep my heart young and my career long.
