Solve your disputes online?

Have you ever fought with your husband over parenting issues? Please, I think most of us have. I tend to be the heavy while my husband is the softie. It’s annoying, but it is what it is.
However, with us, it’s mostly little things. He’ll put on a movie for them at a time when I probably wouldn’t, telling them that maybe they should go play with their 5000 toys instead. That sort of thing. It’s nothing major.
But if you’re fighting over parenting issues all the time and you’re at an impasse, would you let the Internet help you? The website SideTaker.com offers you the chance to settle disputes. It’s not just for parenting either, it can be any argument.
But let’s say you’re saying that the kids should watch a max of two hours of television and your husband thinks four is fine. You go to SideTaker, and you enter in your argument. Then you get your husband to go and enter in his side of things (no fair writing both sides yourself, this isn’t debate club!). Next, sit back and wait while the Internet drops in and tells you what they think.
What do you think? Interesting concept or totally crazy? I can’t say that I would let the Internet decide what’s best for my family but it might be kind of fun to “win”.
