Many times, I find interesting studies that don’t warrant a full post on their own, so I’ll gather them together from time-to-time.
Here are some I found yesterday:
Some researchers are calling for better education for family physicians to be able to recognize rheumatoid arthritis in their patients.
You can read about it here: Misdiagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.
Celiac disease can cause severe abdominal discomfort, so this may be promising: Mayo Clinic Finds Capsule Endoscopy Can Detect Intestinal Damage Caused by Celiac Disease.
If you take Fosamax (alendronate sodium), Actonel (risedronate sodium), Reclast (zoledronic acid) or Boniva (ibandronate sodium), you may want to read this release from the FDA: Severe Pain with Osteoporosis Drugs.
