Sore throat remedies for pregnant women, part deux

Seeing as how my original concoction of salt, pepper and lemon made my wife want to puke, we decided to revisit homeopathic cures for her scratchy, irritated throat. This time we tried a honey lemon drink that is much more palatable. I tried it after I made a batch for my wife and found it quite tasty. She agreed and found it very soothing and would likely be far more agreeable to kids as well. To make this sore throat aid:

Mix:

- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

- 6 - 8 oz. hot water

- Stir until the honey has dissolved. Sweeten to taste.
