Have you tried the wonder that is a Meyer lemon?
For something different, drop a slice in your tea instead of a traditional, more acidic lemon. You’ll love the floral scent and hint of orange taste.
Ripe Meyer lemons are soft orange or very dark yellow (depending on how you define your colors). They were introduced to the US from China around 100 years ago, yet many Americans haven’t gotten around to trying them.
