Spinach-Olives-Tomato-Onion Calzone

No, I did not make this oh so delicious Spinach-Olives-Tomato-Onion Calzone. My husband brought this home for lunch a few days ago. His job is like 10 minutes away from our new house, which is also near a good local pizza place so we are able to avail ourselves with these kind of lunch “dates” at home.

This calzone is filled with oh so good ricotta cheese, spinach, black olives, tomatoes, and onions. I love it when the cheese just oozes out of the pocket once you cut it in half. It’s like the essence of cheese. You know what I mean? 
The calzone was from the same local pizza place where we bought the Roman Delight Pizza which I wrote about a month ago. Not only am I going to create my own version of the latter, this Spinach-Olives-Tomato-Onion Calzone is also now on my list to make at home.
