Spiral potato
This was bought at the same place that I got the squid stick thing yesterday. It is a potato spiral cut, lightly bread crumbed and deep fried on a stick. Does anyone know how this is done? I mean is it possible to cut it like this by hand? It looks like a lot of work, but soooo delicious.
There’s a machine that does this.. it’s an apple peeler gadget that slices/cores as well.
