A day after Christmas in 2008, I was playing Wii Bowling with my kids with our new Wii. I felt a sharp pain in my right shoulder. After 4 months with shoulder pain and worsening, I went to an orthopedic doctor and the MRI revealed a torn tendon and bone spur at the top of my shoulder. I had surgery to repair this last week and have a cast for 6 weeks. So much pain, I cannot believe this could happen playing the Wii for less than 15 minutes, I am only 44, seems and not bad shape. Never knew there should be warm up for a game like this.

I have pulled my ham string and achelies tendon playing the bowling game. The blood from the pulled ham string is bleading down the back of my let into my foot and needless to say my foot is extremely swolen. I realize this sounds funny but the pain is nearly unbearable. I'm on crutches and elevated bed rest. I can hardly walk even with the crutches and my Dr.s say there is nothing else I can do except what I'm doing. I need some help.
